Description

Own the end-to-end overview of service architecture, workflows and integrations supporting the Self Service Portal ecosystem. Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions. Design, develop and maintain services, workflows and automations using BMC Digital Workplace, Power Apps and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end overview of service architecture, workflows and integrations supporting the Self Service Portal ecosystem
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
  • Design, develop and maintain services, workflows and automations using BMC Digital Workplace, Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Design, build and maintain API integrations between systems and platforms
  • Create, maintain and support databases used by developed services
  • Take ownership of databases and related data, ensuring appropriate data quality, governance and compliance standards
  • Develop and maintain workflows, forms and service processes
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, service owners and platform teams
  • Support incident resolution, testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain technical and functional documentation for developed solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT, including experience in service development, application development, automation or a similar area
  • Hands-on experience with BMC Helix, BMC Digital Workplace or comparable service management platforms
  • Experience developing workflows, services and automations using Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Proven experience designing, developing and supporting API integrations
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with database design and data modelling
  • Experience maintaining databases and taking ownership of data-related solutions
  • Good understanding of data ownership, data governance and data quality principles
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience with Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar identity management platforms
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management processes
  • Experience working with enterprise workflow and automation platforms
