Description

Work on analytics and automation to support operation-related processes. Write automation using Python and R, develop analytics and process automation tools/scripts, and analyze Medical and Pharmacy Claims data for patients to generate insights that drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the operations team to identify and understand automation requirements
• Independently write automation using Python and R
• Develop analytics/process automation tools and scripts
• Analyze Medical and Pharmacy Claims data for patients
• Apply statistical concepts and understand model assumptions to produce reliable results
• Provide valuable analytics insights to drive improvement opportunities

Requirements

• M Tech or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields
• Work experience in the healthcare domain
• Exposure to patient claims data
• High proficiency in Python
• Relevant experience building machine learning models and developing analytics solutions
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient in SQL
• Familiarity with database management systems
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus
