Description

As a Data Analyst, you will execute reporting and analytical activities while developing an understanding of the business unit, department processes, and customer needs. Your insights help demonstrate the clinical and financial impact of solutions and interventions across healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build reports and dashboards
• Prepare and validate datasets
• Conduct quality reviews
• Support customer analyses
• Respond to routine data requests
• Provide reporting, content, and tools that increase sales productivity and effectiveness while streamlining processes and metrics
• Help deliver trusted, high-quality data that enables scalability, process excellence, and improved partner experiences
• Develop dashboards and visualizations of internal datasets to support informed decision-making across business units and for customers
• Document complex processes and present them in a clear format

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled after the internship
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate and build relationships
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment

Benefits

• $20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus
• 11 paid holidays annually
• Either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location
