Description

You will devise learning strategies tailored to client requirements and create detailed design documents for proposed learning solutions. You will lead design and development projects and guide team members throughout delivery. The role emphasizes needs analysis, strong analytical/storyboarding skills, adult learning principles, and multiple learning modes including ILT, e-learning, Web 2.0, and blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis to identify learning gaps and opportunities; develop recommendations for learning solutions

• Develop learning strategies tailored to client requirements using adult learning principles and multiple learning modes (ILT, e-learning, Web 2.0, blended learning)

• Lead design and development projects; guide team members to ensure effective solution delivery

• Create detailed design documents demonstrating analytical and storyboarding skills

• Mentor instructional designers to ensure high-quality results

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Exposure to learning strategy development tailored to client requirements using adult learning principles and ILT/e-learning/Web 2.0/blended learning

• Experience conducting needs analysis to identify learning gaps and develop recommendations

• Proficiency creating detailed design documents for learning solutions (analytical and storyboarding)

• Familiarity with project leadership for guiding design/development teams

• Understanding of adult learning principles and their application

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required

• Active DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification required (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)

• Work onsite 5 days a week at Fort Meade, MD
