Sr. Product Manager - Falcon Privileged Access (Hybrid)

This role owns modern privileged access to eliminate standing privileges and shrink the attack surface without hindering productivity, and it is a hybrid position requiring at least 2 days a week in the office in NYC, Boston, Arlington, or Toronto.

Enterprises are moving beyond traditional Privileged Access Management (PAM) and vaults toward just-in-time, continuous identity solutions that enforce contextual policies and grant access only when appropriate.

The role focuses on CrowdStrike Falcon Privileged Access, defining how JIT access is enforced, securing secrets, brokering isolated administrative sessions, and integrating privileged context with endpoint and cloud telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Own the transition to continuous identity and modern PAM: define product strategy for market-leading privileged access and zero standing privileges across endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud.
• Deliver best-in-class user experiences for privilege elevation, working with Product Designers on multi-channel flows that work in the flow of work and ideally run transparently in the background.
• Leverage the Falcon platform: make privileged management decisions using contextual security and business data about the user, device, and target resource; work across product teams to integrate threat analysis, security controls, process automation, and AI capabilities.
• Serve as the expert for Falcon Privileged Access: create messaging, enablement materials, demos, and FAQs; engage internal teams, prospects, and customers to gather requirements and convey the product vision and roadmap.
• Use AI agents as a core part of daily work: research, analysis, spec iteration, and customer synthesis via agentic tooling.

Requirements

• Hands-on background in Privileged Access Management, secrets management, identity governance, or a closely adjacent technical domain.
• Real understanding of how privilege elevation works across endpoint, applications, infrastructure, and cloud.
• Direct product experience delivering just-in-time access through policy-driven provisioning that uses direct connectors, claim-based authorization, and third-party integrations.
• Real understanding of non-human identity (NHI): service accounts, workload identity, machine credentials, AI agents, and secrets rotation.
• Fluency with core administrative protocols: SSH, RDP, Kerberos, LAPS; understanding how legacy vaulting/brokering creates bottlenecks or risk.
• Fluency with identity providers: Entra ID, Okta, Ping (and similar) and identity protocols: OAuth, OIDC, SAML.
• 5+ years in product management; experience taking products from 0 to 1 and scaling after launch.
• Ability to drive ambiguous areas from problem definition to delivered product.
• AI agents are a core part of how you work today: research, analysis, spec iteration, customer synthesis, and stakeholder prep.
• Strong simplification instincts for complex privileged access workflows and session architectures.
• Ability to mock and iterate rapidly with tools such as Claude Code, Lovable, and Replit before design/engineering.
• Ability to explain complex privileged risk concepts in plain language to engineers, executives, and customer audit teams.
• Strong written communication (specs, prompt chains, evals, one-pagers, working prototypes).
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve efficiency and decision-making and drive outcomes.
