Description

Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that minimize the effort required to ensure customers and agents have access to historical documents (such as statements and letters) following a conversion event.

Collaborate across product areas including Enterprise Imaging, Data Management, Front- and Back-Office Servicing, and Core Processing to create a reliable, efficient, and user-friendly conversion experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify any need for additional research for future feature design.
  • Break down business epics into features and user stories; drive toward lowest-effort or Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for valid feature testing.
  • Use hypothesis-driven assessment of data to ensure product/feature delivery meets real business needs.
  • Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps while following processes and procedures to manage risk.
  • In an agile environment, conduct research and develop features that utilize new and evolving technology.
  • Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to build customer-focused solutions.
  • Understand technology trends and architecture strategy to deliver well-managed product platforms.
  • Participate in horizontal forums to leverage trusted relationships among tech, design, and internal stakeholder teams.
  • Articulate a succinct product roadmap, deliver business value, and share results with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience OR at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products
  • 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • 1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
