Description
The Environmental Health & Safety Leadership Program (EHSLP) is designed to prepare candidates for EHS roles within North American manufacturing facilities. Participants receive experiential and formal training in management systems understanding & implementation, procedure & policy development and implementation, training & development and delivery, regulatory process, project management, people leadership influence, and manufacturing process knowledge, supported by mentorship from experienced EHS leaders, specialists, and engineers. The program provides early exposure to leadership training and accelerates careers with post-program paths including EHS Leadership roles.

Requirements / Selection Criteria
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety management, Chemical engineering, or an equivalent field
- Previous relevant internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead projects and develop project plans
- Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or social organizations
- Willingness and flexibility to relocate (assistance provided) during or upon completion of the program
- Participants are based at various manufacturing sites in the US
