Description

The Project Manager leads and coordinates Revenue Operations and Sales Operations projects that support strategic business initiatives and operational efficiencies. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver projects aligned with business objectives, using influence and strong communication to drive completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage 2-3 concurrent projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans: timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, establish priorities, and drive execution.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and provide proactive updates on status, risks, and key milestones.
  • Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder discussions to maintain alignment and accountability.
  • Identify risks, obstacles, and dependencies; create mitigation strategies to minimize business impact.
  • Provide visibility into progress via status reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
  • Manage project activities through influence and collaboration rather than direct reporting authority.
  • Coordinate across functional teams, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor project performance and recommend process improvements to increase operational effectiveness.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to evolving project management best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5-7 years OR high school diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of hands-on project management experience leading business, operational, process improvement, or strategic initiatives.
  • Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related corporate functions.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience building project plans, establishing milestones, tracking deliverables, and driving projects to completion.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP certification is a plus (not required).

Benefits

  • Salary range: $82,000 - $97,500 (final rate depends on experience, training, education, and location).
