Description

You are responsible for ensuring the functionality, reliability, and overall quality of new and existing features. The role includes designing, documenting, and executing functional test scenarios and test cases, analyzing business and functional requirements, and turning them into structured test approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute functional test scenarios and test cases

• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into structured test approaches

• Detect, document, and follow up on defects in close collaboration with development teams

• Contribute to test automation initiatives and help improve automation frameworks

• Support integration, regression, and performance testing activities

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases

• Safeguard QA standards and best practices and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

• Several years of functional testing experience (5+ preferred) in an enterprise software product environment

• Proven experience testing complex platforms (ERP experience is a strong plus)

• Strong knowledge of test design techniques and structured testing methodologies

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks

• Familiarity with integration testing and performance/load testing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders

• Leadership mindset with mentoring capabilities

• Experience working in an Agile setup

• Fluent in English
