Senior Functional Tester

Description

Ensure the functionality, reliability, and overall quality of new and existing features within Miles.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute functional test scenarios and test cases
• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into structured test approaches
• Detect, document, and follow up on defects in close collaboration with development teams
• Contribute to test automation initiatives and help improve automation frameworks
• Support integration, regression, and performance testing activities
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases
• Safeguard QA standards and best practices and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

• Several years of experience in functional testing within an enterprise software product environment; 5+ years preferred
• Proven experience testing complex platforms; ERP systems experience is a strong plus
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques and structured testing methodologies
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Familiarity with integration testing and performance/load testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders
• Leadership mindset with mentoring capabilities
• Experience working in an Agile setup
• Fluent English
