Assess and redesign over 100 existing integrations while providing technical leadership and establishing integration architecture standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and redesign of existing interfaces impacted by the Workday implementation
• Build scalable, secure integrations using Workday technologies; define integration patterns and development standards
• Serve as technical expert and advisor for Workday integration architecture
• Mentor internal developers and collaborate with implementation partners, architects, and business teams
• Ensure compliance with security and operational requirements and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• 7+ years enterprise integration development experience with 4+ years hands-on Workday integration experience
• Proven track record delivering Workday implementation or transformation projects
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of HR business processes including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and Payroll
