Senior Integration Developer (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Integration Developer to join a project focused on platform engineering and automation within a global, cross-functional technology environment. You will contribute to the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of integration platform operations, with a strong emphasis on automation and operational excellence. The role is hybrid and based in Warsaw, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Your tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts to reduce manual operational effort.
• Identify repetitive operational activities and drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Develop automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, or platform-specific tools.
• Manage platform capacity and performance to ensure availability, scalability, and optimal resource utilization.
• Design and implement self-healing and auto-remediation solutions for common operational failures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform stability and performance.
• Own platform capacity management, including utilization monitoring, growth forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Identify recurring issues and drive continuous service improvement.
• Support major incidents and service restoration activities.
• Interface between internal and external providers within an international context.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of expertise in MuleSoft platform management, focusing on platform operations.
• Deep expertise in MuleSoft Omni Gateway and Terraform.
• Strong command of GitHub and OpenShift.
• Practical knowledge of API security standards and implementation, including OAuth and OpenID.
• Foundational-level expertise in AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Argo CD.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including technical information synthesis and multicultural environment facilitation.
• Advanced level of English.
