Description

Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible ENT Physician to provide comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care to a medically underserved Appalachian community within an integrated health system. The role focuses on expert diagnostic and surgical care with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a broad range of ENT conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Perform ENT surgical procedures, including endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, and ear surgeries
  • Coordinate care with primary care, allergy, pulmonology, and other specialty providers
  • Engage in community outreach and education to promote ENT health awareness
  • Ensure compliance with clinical documentation and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Experience in both medical and surgical management of ENT conditions
  • Dedicated to patient-centered care in a rural setting
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and community-oriented
