Description

Join the Enterprise Content Management team to support business departments and drogeries dm in delivering automation solutions. One challenge is an AI tool that supports digitization and processes millions of documents from 14 countries. You will work with an event-driven backend architecture, agentic AI systems, and a React frontend.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Python backend solutions, especially event-driven architecture and system integration

• Develop agent-based AI product capabilities using LangChain/LangGraph—from concept to production deployment

• Support frontend-layer deployments in React when possible

• Use AI-supported tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to improve development workflows, code reviews, and architectural decisions

• Implement platform growth concepts, AI engineering and UX ideas; deliver maintainable, high-quality IT solutions

Requirements

• Polish knowledge (minimum C1) and English knowledge (minimum B2)

• Several years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Python

• Willingness to work in the “You build it, you run it” model (ownership and cloud/devops responsibility)

• Practical experience with AI-assisted programming (AI-native approach)

• Interest in Agentic AI and readiness to build solutions in this area

• High willingness to learn and openness to new technologies
