Description

As a Senior Team Leader – Kubernetes Platform SRE, you will lead the development, scaling, and maintenance of an internal Kubernetes platform for the Private Cloud team. The role focuses on ensuring reliability, performance, and security for global operational excellence, while driving continuous infrastructure innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small, agile team maintaining and improving the Kubernetes platform (IKP) infrastructure
• Ensure reliability, availability, and high performance of the Kubernetes platform
• Diagnose complex infrastructure issues and provide timely resolutions
• Support deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Kubernetes environment
• Perform root cause analysis and implement proactive reliability improvements
• Manage incident response and troubleshooting, including participation in 24x7 on-call rotations
• Collaborate with global teams to align on best practices and ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts, troubleshooting, and operations
• Experience with containerization, orchestration, and Unix systems administration
• Knowledge of ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code practices
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in English
• Proven leadership skills in supporting and managing small technical teams
