Description

Join a team responsible for developing and implementing advanced AI/GenAI solutions for a leading insurance-sector organization in Poland. You will design, tune, and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based solutions, integrating them with a new ecosystem of customer claims handling systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, tune, and deploy advanced AI/ML and GenAI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning
• Build and optimize MLOps/LLMOps processes using Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems
• Integrate AI solutions with the new customer claims handling ecosystem
• Implement advanced RAG solutions using Azure AI Search and work with the latest LLMs in Azure OpenAI
• Contribute to ensuring AI solutions comply with AI Governance and the AI Act, including preparing technical documentation and monitoring models
• Collaborate with business and IT teams, present results, and support deployments and adoption of AI solutions

Requirements

• Min. 3 years of experience as an AI Engineer, AI Developer, or related role, including min. 1 year of experience with production deployments
• Experience designing and deploying solutions using generative AI (GenAI), language models (LLM), AI agents, and AI-based workflow orchestration
• Python proficiency
• Practical experience building and maintaining MLOps/LLMOps using Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
• Experience working with LLM models, RAG solutions, prompt engineering techniques, and evaluating response quality
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud platform, especially services supporting AI and GenAI solution development
• Experience integrating AI solutions with business systems using REST API, asynchronous communication, and integration platforms
• Practical knowledge of source code management tools, especially Git and either Azure DevOps or GitHub
• Higher technical education (informatics, mathematics, natural sciences, engineering, or related)
• Proactive attitude, independence, and willingness to take ownership of solutions from concept to deployment
• English language knowledge at least B2
• Readiness to provide services in Warsaw in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
