Description

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications with a strong Python backend focus. Translate business requirements, epics, and user stories into technical solutions, build data integrations and data transformation logic, and ensure data completeness, quality, and reconciliation between systems. Develop REST APIs and microservices, work with LLM-based solutions and AI-supported data enrichment, and build CI/CD pipelines with automated tests.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining full stack applications with strong Python backend focus
• Translating business requirements, epics, and user stories into technical solutions
• Building data integrations and data transformation logic
• Reading from and writing to various databases and APIs
• Ensuring data completeness, quality, and reconciliation between systems
• Developing REST APIs and microservices
• Working with LLM-based solutions and AI-supported data enrichment
• Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Writing automated tests and ensuring high development standards
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Analysts, and other stakeholders
• Supporting the team in applying modern engineering practices and automation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development
• Advanced experience in Python development and configuration
• Advanced knowledge of Flask or similar Python frameworks
• Advanced experience with REST APIs
• Practical experience with LLMs at least at an intermediate level
• Experience with Docker
• Intermediate JavaScript experience
• Intermediate knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy
• Familiarity with React
• Familiarity with CSS and SCSS
• Ability to write automated tests, preferably with pytest
• Experience with CI/CD and creating deployment pipelines
• Good knowledge of Git
• Strong engineering mindset and focus on high-quality software delivery
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, collaborative environment
• Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with LangChain and RAG
