Description

You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the DELMIA Apriso manufacturing system for clients. Daily tasks include database analysis with SQL, gathering client requirements, providing end-user assistance in French, conducting and documenting system testing, and supporting ongoing maintenance across multiple client environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform database analysis and write SQL queries to investigate and resolve issues (e.g., diagnose causes of long system response times in MS SQL Server or Oracle)
• Gather client requirements and configure new system functionalities
• Communicate with clients in French daily: collect requirements, provide end-user assistance, explain technical solutions
• Conduct and document system testing to ensure changes minimally disrupt daily operations
• Support ongoing maintenance of the DELMIA Apriso system across multiple client environments

Requirements

• Fluent French (C1 or above) (hard requirement)
• Knowledge of SQL: writing and understanding complex queries
• Basic knowledge of C# or another object-oriented programming language
• Familiarity with HTML, XSLT, and CSS
• Master’s degree in computer science or related field
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
