Senior Java Developer

2–3 days per week, availability until 9:00 PM is required for meetings with the US team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership within a small, collaborative team of software engineers.
• Apply industry best practices and engineering principles to write high-quality, secure, modular, functional, and testable code.
• Generate ideas with team members and offer insightful solutions.
• Attend meetings with clients and peers.
• Provide customers with support and guidelines for developing their applications.
• Collaborate across all development stages, from requirement discussions with the Product Owner through cloud deployment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with Java.
• Experience with software development processes, including design, planning, implementation, maintenance, and documentation.
• Understanding of data structures and problem-solving approaches, with the ability to articulate trade-offs.
• Experience developing, debugging, and shipping software products in large codebases spanning platforms and tools.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Strong ownership and communication skills.

Work Arrangement

• Work 100% remotely or from the Kraków hub.
