Description

Senior Business Analyst for an internal team delivering projects related to building or modernizing applications, including integration projects, in a fixed price model with varied technology stacks and business contexts. The role translates client needs into precise functional and non-functional requirements and works closely with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clarify, and validate business requirements from clients
• Actively collaborate with business stakeholders; challenge requirements and propose alternative solutions
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with technical teams (developers, testers) when implementing changes
• Create analytical documentation (specifications, user stories, use cases)
• Model processes using BPMN and UML
• Support analysis and preparation of test cases and verify solutions
• Participate in integration projects and in building/modernizing applications for clients
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders
• Use AI-supported tools (e.g., for requirements analysis and documentation) to improve efficiency
• Participate in planning and task estimation in Agile/Scrum

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience with integration projects and understanding of system architecture (REST/SOAP)
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML; ability to create and interpret diagrams
• Ability to work at the business–IT interface
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to work with data
• Experience running workshops and gathering requirements from business stakeholders
• High communication skills and ability to proactively challenge requirements
• Experience with modeling/documentation tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Confluence, Jira)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
• Very good analytical skills and attention to detail
• English proficiency at least B2
