Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a curious, hands-on developer who wants to build the tools that shape how motion capture data becomes something useful. You'll write code that processes real motion from real people, and turn it into datasets, animations, and products used by studios and AI labs around the world.

You should feel at home experimenting, prototyping, and vibe coding your way to a working solution, as well as presenting your results in a structured way, to be able to work within very large data quantities.

Your Responsibilities

• Create tools that automate motion capture processing workflows
• Build new products and internal tools, and improve existing ones through research, design, experimentation, and testing
• Handle data synchronization across our pipeline based on our existing scripts
• Vibe code prototypes and quick solutions to some one-time issues and turn them into feedback for the team on how to capture or process better
• Collaborate with animators, directors and leads to understand technical requirements

Requirements

• Solid programming fundamentals (Python preferred, but we care more about how you think than which language you use)
• Curiosity about motion, animation, and the math behind them
• Comfort with vibe coding and rapid prototyping
• Hands-on experience with AI tools
• Willingness to read scientific papers and translate ideas into working code
• Independence, proactivity, and a hands-on attitude
• Communicative English

Nice to Have

• Experience in film editing, rendering, or computer vision
• Experience with motion capture, animation, or 3D data
• Interest in robotics, digital humans, or generative AI
• Familiarity with tools like MotionBuilder, Blender, Maya, or Unreal
