Currently, for one of our Partners, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Engineer (m/f/n) to design, develop, and deliver automation solutions that help organizations streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions, drive end-to-end delivery, and ensure high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability.

This position is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who is passionate about automation, low-code development, and delivering business value through innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Implement solutions based on Power Platform including Copilot Studio, ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with platform best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, to achieve project goals.
  • Configure process-oriented application workflows and perform component, integration, and user acceptance testing within the selected low-code platform.
  • Customize industry-focused solution packages to help clients meet specific business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot automation and platform-related issues, coordinating with platform support teams when needed.
  • Conduct peer code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards, design guidelines, and implementation methodology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and ALM.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications, such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and contributing to iterative delivery processes.
  • Understanding of digital platform design best practices, performance considerations, and integration patterns.
  • Skills in troubleshooting complex automation scenarios and communicating effectively with technical support teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi for the first month.
  • English at minimum B2 level.
