PS360 Adoption & Communications Supporter

We are seeking a dedicated Communication and Adoption Supporter to contribute to the strategic digital transformation initiative, PS360 (Product Supply 360). This role aims to enhance awareness, engagement, and adoption of PS360 products through effective communication campaigns, training activities, and content creation.

Communications & Marketing

• Create newsletters, announcements, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Support product launches and adoption campaigns.
• Communicate product benefits, success stories, and new capabilities.

Training & Content Creation

• Develop and maintain training materials, videos, tutorials, and user guides.
• Organize webinars, office hours, and training sessions.
• Support content planning, recording, and publication activities.

SharePoint & Knowledge Management

• Maintain and improve PS360 SharePoint content and product pages.
• Ensure documentation, FAQs, and learning resources remain current and accessible.

Adoption & User Engagement

• Gather user feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support initiatives that increase product awareness, engagement, and usage.
• Connect users with the right PS360 solutions for their business needs.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in Communications, Marketing, Training, Change Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating newsletters, presentations, videos, or training content.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for user engagement and digital adoption.
• Experience with Canva, Synthesia, video editing tools, or graphic design is a plus.
• Exposure to analytics, digital products, or transformation initiatives is desirable.
