Junior Software Engineer, Fullstack (Servicing International)

The Servicing International team builds the foundational platform for launching products in international markets. The role focuses on purchase protection—including disputes and refunds—and agent tooling to help support teams deliver a strong customer experience. The team collaborates with European counterparts and the global Servicing Engineering organization to build cohesive, scalable solutions.

What you’ll do

• Work on tasks that contribute to the team’s projects and goals with support from the team.
• Collaborate proactively with team members and stakeholders; create visibility and dialogue around risks and trade-offs.
• Balance speed and quality to achieve business goals while protecting systems from downtime.
• Contribute to team community through growth and development activities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

What we look for

• Previous work or internship experience designing, developing and launching APIs at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Previous work or internship experience shipping web applications using declarative UI frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Ability to turn a simple problem or business scenario into a solution that interacts with multiple software components; write clear, well-tested and extensible code.
• Comfort navigating a large codebase, debugging others’ code and providing feedback through code reviews.
• Ownership of professional growth and proactive feedback seeking from the team, manager and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with a global engineering team.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay Grade: J
Equity Grade: 2

Employees typically join at the start of the pay range. Base pay is part of a total compensation package and is based on factors including location, experience and job-related skills. Employees may also be eligible for equity rewards.

POL base pay range per year: 203,000–303,000 zł
