Description

As a Mid-Level Program Analyst – Leadership Development, you will contribute to building leadership capability across critical enterprise levels, helping drive business performance through innovative learning initiatives. Join a team committed to fostering growth and shaping future leaders.

Your main responsibilities

  • Support Program Managers with updates, formatting, and version control of program materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Administer surveys, compile feedback, and develop visual data reports and dashboards to support program evaluation.
  • Coordinate internal and external faculty, preparing schedules, facilitating sessions, and managing logistics.
  • Draft and distribute program communications, including invitations, reminders, and post-session resources, maintaining participant lists.
  • Assist vendor management by processing invoices, tracking purchase orders, onboarding new vendors, and supporting budget reconciliation.
  • Maintain project documentation, track action items, and update program timelines to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Support LMS administration by creating course codes, managing registrations, tracking completions, and resolving user access issues.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Talent Management, or Project Coordination.
  • Hands-on experience administering learning programs within an LMS.
  • Proficiency in MS Teams, Zoom, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with data, including survey results and program metrics, using Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with project management or tracking tools.

Language required for the role: English — Fluent.
