Senior Program Manager, Data Practice

Senior • On-site

Krakow, MA, Poland

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the CEE_WE Data Practice and play a pivotal role in shaping how data and AI solutions are delivered across the region. You will sit at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and client engagement—driving program governance, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and accelerating adoption of AI-driven delivery frameworks.

This role is part of the newly established CEE_WE Data Delivery Management Office (DDMO) and will work closely with Delivery Managers, Business Units, GDO, and pre-sales teams to build scalable, client-centric delivery operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program management across multiple concurrent data and AI engagements within the EU region.
  • Establish and maintain program governance structures: status reporting, risk management, escalation paths, and delivery cadences.
  • Drive delivery quality by aligning teams to best practices, milestones, and client expectations.
  • Manage program-level dependencies, resource constraints, and cross-team coordination.
  • Champion adoption of the AI Delivery Model framework across client engagements.
  • Collaborate with the AI CoE and Delivery Managers to pilot, iterate, and scale AI-augmented SDLC processes.
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI tooling into delivery workflows for faster, higher-quality outcomes.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Business Unit leads, GDO partners, and key client stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for program-level issues, providing clear communication and timely resolution.
  • Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimation, and solution design for data and AI programs.
  • Translate business goals into actionable delivery plans and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.
  • Mentor Delivery Managers and project leads; support onboarding and buddy allocation processes.
  • Contribute to practice-wide initiatives: KPI design, capability building, and process improvement.
  • Participate in community-building activities including practice events, knowledge sharing, and cross-practice collaboration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of program or project management experience in a technology services or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record delivering complex data, analytics, or AI programs at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML delivery, including solid understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and AI SDLC frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging both C-level clients and engineering teams.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, multi-geography organization with distributed delivery teams.
  • Excellent command of program governance practices: risk, RAID, reporting, and change management.
  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
  • Efficiency in acquiring new knowledge.

Nice to have

  • German language skills, written and/or spoken.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in a delivery leadership role within a global IT services company.
  • Familiarity with delivery models, tools, and regional structure.
  • Background working across multiple EU verticals: CPGR, Life Science, Financial Services, and Energy.
  • Hands-on experience using LLMs and Agentic AI in SDLC.

We offer

  • Hybrid-by-design work mode and the opportunity to work remotely within Poland.
  • Opportunity to work abroad for up to 60 days annually.
  • Business-driven relocation opportunities.
  • Career development programs.
  • Thought leadership, mentoring, soft-skills, and well-being programs.
  • Certification opportunities: Anthropic, Gemini, GCP, Azure, and AWS.
  • English classes.
  • Stable pay.
  • Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a 15% discount.
  • Benefits package, including health insurance, multisport, and shopping vouchers.
  • Referral bonuses up to $2,000.
  • Offices with entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis and football, free snacks, coffee, and more.
  • Corporate, social, and well-being events.

Benefits listed above are available to employees only. Contractors are welcome; terms of B2B cooperation agreements are agreed individually. Only selected candidates will be contacted.
