Role overview

Join the team to help shape infrastructure powering innovative healthcare solutions. The DevOps Engineer will design scalable infrastructure, automate deployments, ensure system reliability, and help shape tooling, workflows, and DevOps culture across projects.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or development with strong infrastructure ownership
  • Strong Docker skills, including containerizing and deploying production applications; knowledge of images, networking, volumes, Compose, and registries
  • Deep understanding of HTTP servers and web applications, including reverse proxies, TLS, load balancing, and debugging issues across the stack
  • Hands-on Terraform and Ansible experience in real projects
  • Solid CI/CD pipeline experience; GitLab CI preferred
  • Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or similar
  • Daily AI-augmented engineering using tools such as Claude Code or Codex, with interest in advancing their use
  • Proven initiative and ownership; ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and deliver independently
  • Self-driven work such as side projects, self-hosted services, automations, or open-source contributions
  • Continuous-learning mindset, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly
  • Fluent written and spoken English (B2+) and Polish (C1+)

Nice to have

  • Hands-on AWS experience
  • Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or ELK
  • Software development background
  • PostgreSQL administration knowledge
  • Cloud cost-optimization knowledge
  • Open-source contributions

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across multiple teams
  • Design and maintain containerized infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals
  • Collaborate with development teams on DevOps best practices and infrastructure challenges
  • Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and conduct post-mortem analyses
  • Automate operational tasks and build internal tooling to improve team efficiency
  • Use AI tools as a core part of the engineering workflow and help others adopt them
  • Document infrastructure, processes, and architecture decisions
  • Evaluate new technologies and propose concrete improvements

Recruitment process

  • Initial phone interview (20 minutes) to discuss experience and mutual fit
  • Recruitment task, with three working days to complete and return it
  • Technical interview (45–60 minutes) with a senior team member
  • Culture-fit meeting (20–30 minutes) with the IT Team Manager and recruiter; professional work references requested at this stage
  • Meeting with the CEO (15 minutes)
  • Final decision and detailed feedback
