Business Analyst with Commerce experience required to join the Delivery team in Poland. Hybrid or remote working is available.

Description

Working under your own initiative with required guidance and support, you will be part of the Business Analysis team. You will take the initiative in ensuring the client’s business needs are fully documented, understood and met by the proposed solution.

What you’ll get to do

  • Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria that can be used and interpreted by both business and technical users. This will involve planning, running and facilitating workshops, and reviewing and assessing customer source documentation.
  • Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability.
  • Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
  • Present proposals to clients.
  • Work with a Scrum/delivery team through to go-live.
  • Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies.
  • Provide estimates for analysis work and plans in conjunction with Project/Programme Managers.
  • Communicate and collaborate with developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure all solutions deliver quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training to users of a new system as required.
  • Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
  • Keep up to date with technical and industry-sector advances.
  • Maintain strong client relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Maintain consistently high levels of client satisfaction and effectively escalate business-critical situations as required.
  • Manage situations and relationships both internally and externally.

What you should have

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
  • Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
  • Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
  • Experience working on content projects.
  • Experience working on experience projects.
  • Proactive, talented, enthusiastic and focused approach, with an eye for detail; willingness to learn, challenge existing approaches and work collaboratively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and inspire outstanding online experiences for consumers and brands across products, services, sectors, devices and channels.
  • Customer-first mindset, maturity and initiative to support client satisfaction, including working at client locations when needed.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience of Agile software delivery.
  • Business process mapping and engineering.
  • Ecommerce and retail/brand experience.
  • Production of high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Analysis and design of systems, including package integration and bespoke development.
  • Ability to work independently to an agreed action plan.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, time-management and organisational skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Availability until 18:00 PL to collaborate with the UK project team.

  • Agile/Scrum Master experience.
  • Experience working with multiple ecommerce/experience platforms.
