AI Engineer

Collaborate with data scientists, data managers, analysts, infrastructure engineers, and AI Engineers to develop, integrate, and scale new algorithmic products.

Evaluate new models and technologies through proof of concepts and experiments to assess efficiency. Develop high-quality, standard-compliant, tested code; refactor when necessary; and contribute reusable code and tools to central libraries and repositories.

Design data models, model features, data-quality tests, ETL/ELT pipelines, and distributed-compute architectures. Deploy algorithmic products across cloud platforms using cloud-native services, and implement Infrastructure as Code to manage and automate cloud resources.

Apply DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps practices, including continuous integration, delivery, and training pipelines. Use observability and automation tools to operate algorithmic products across the technology stack, and contribute reusable components and open-source code in accordance with IT policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python and agentic coding / AI-assisted programming
• Familiarity with AI and ML concepts and frameworks
• Experience in data engineering, data science, and machine learning operations
• Understanding of efficient, robust, automated pipelines for big data and ML training and inference
• Strong CI/CD pipeline background, such as GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with operating in and deploying to a cloud environment; GCP preferred
