Senior IT Analyst (KYC / AML)

Responsibilities

• Translate business, regulatory, operational, and customer needs into implementable solutions within the GKYC ecosystem.
• Drive requirements engineering activities across delivery initiatives.
• Support solution delivery and execution throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure solution readiness before implementation and release.
• Act as a bridge between Business, Architecture, Development, QA, Operations, and Programme stakeholders.
• Analyze dependencies and the impact of changes and releases.
• Perform data analysis and root cause analysis to support solution delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience in Process Modelling and Agile Delivery Practices.
• Ability to define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience with Dependency Management, Release Impact Analysis, and Change Impact Analysis.
• Practical knowledge of Data Analysis and Root Cause Analysis techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of API and Integration Concepts.
• Experience in Data Mapping and Data Analysis.
• Understanding of Microservices and Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of KYC / AML and Customer Due Diligence processes.
• Familiarity with Onboarding, Periodic Reviews, and Regulatory Change Delivery.
• Experience in Financial Services / Banking.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL.
• Familiarity with Process Modelling Tools.
• Understanding of Pega-based solutions.
