Description

The Testing Analyst is a developing professional role within the Investment Management Quality Engineering team. The role applies specialty knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data; identify policy gaps; interpret factual information; and recommend policies, procedures, or practices. The position works independently on most issues, contributes to team objectives, and develops knowledge of industry practices and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives and product rollouts to production.
  • Collaborate with project managers and users to design and implement application testing strategies and plans.
  • Create, execute, and document test scripts based on application requirements to meet quality standards.
  • Log defects, retest software corrections, and work with development teams to clarify issues.
  • Conduct quality-control testing and analysis to verify applications meet specified standards and end-user requirements.
  • Contribute to comprehensive test plans and document test-case evolution for future use.
  • Make evaluative judgments using factual analysis, technical experience, and established precedents to resolve problems.
  • Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of relevant testing experience required.
  • Experience reviewing requirements and identifying, communicating, and documenting discrepancies.
  • Understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases and applications that support the testing process.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • QA experience defining, designing, and executing test cases, with a good understanding of quality processes.

  • Knowledge of investment products and automation.

The role is within the Technology Quality job family. The full-time salary range is 90,440 zł to 142,960 zł.
