Technical Support

For a project delivered with a partner, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with German.

Responsibilities

• Handle and analyze requests in a ticket-based support environment.
• Onboard the client’s partners and guide them through the connection process according to defined procedures.
• Inform the client when a partner is ready after a successful connection.
• Analyze issues and requests reported by the client’s partners.
• Independently resolve recurring tickets and escalate more complex cases to 2nd- and 3rd-line support.
• Analyze messages and help partners identify the causes of errors.
• Work with translation maps to identify potential issues.
• Move partners from test to production environments and make configuration changes.
• Cooperate with technical teams.
• Handle communication via email and JIRA.
• Update project documentation.
• Report the status of partner connections and ongoing work to the client.
• Escalate cases where cooperation from the partner is missing.

Requirements

• Very good command of German.
• Very good command of English.
• Knowledge of XML and XML document structures.
• Experience with JIRA or another ticketing system.
• Knowledge of German invoices and their structure.
• Ability to analyze problems and independently handle support requests.
• Good organizational and communication skills when working with clients and business partners.
• Willingness to learn EDI, e-invoicing, and integration-related processes.
