For a project delivered with a partner, we are looking for a Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer (Java, JavaScript or Python).

Responsibilities

  • Analyse technology controls and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Design and develop automation services, workflows and integrations.
  • Build and maintain APIs, data schemas and process flows.
  • Develop solutions supporting the Platform Control Plane.
  • Improve existing engineering processes through automation and reuse.
  • Work with global engineering teams on platform improvements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one of: Java, JavaScript or Python.
  • Experience with API development, databases and data schemas.
  • Good understanding of Linux and web technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of HTTP, DNS, TLS, load balancing, reverse proxies, API gateways and service meshes.
  • Experience with microservice architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Grafana and InfluxDB or similar monitoring / observability tools.
  • Understanding of Internal Developer Platforms, hosting platforms and cloud environments.
  • Very good English and Polish.
  • Ability to work from the Kraków office 2–3 days per week.
