Scrum Master (with German)

Your role

In this role, you will be responsible for the team’s effectiveness. You will mainly act as a coach for the team, remove impediments, and facilitate events. You will have a real impact on team performance.

Your tasks

• Act as a leader and role model, supporting the team and Product Owner.
• Develop self-management and interdisciplinary teamwork focused on producing valuable elements, removing barriers, and ensuring adherence to defined Scrum ceremonies.
• Identify team needs and provide the required support.

Your profile

• Practical experience managing a team as a Scrum Master or Team Leader in IT systems development.
• Knowledge and practical experience with Agile project management methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Knowledge of the software development cycle.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent German.
