  • Carry out advanced measurements, debug complex hardware issues, and analyze results using high-end lab equipment.
  • Develop Design for Testing (DFT) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines for new products.
  • Conduct schematic and PCB layout reviews for the team.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share hardware-development best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • BSc or MSc degree in Electronics, Radio Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • Deep understanding of analog low-noise and precision circuitry and high-speed digital circuitry.
  • Strong experience with microcontroller-based embedded systems and C/C++ programming for hardware validation and bring-up.
  • Expert-level experience with Altium Designer, including high-density interconnects (HDI) and complex routing.
  • Practical experience with EMI/EMC mitigation techniques and preparing devices for CE/FCC certification.
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English.

Nice to Have

  • DSP or FPGA experience, including Verilog/VHDL.
  • Python or LabVIEW experience for test automation.
  • Familiarity with RF design basics or wireless communication modules, including BLE, Wi-Fi, and LoRa.
  • Knowledge of thermal management in electronics.

Benefits

  • Equal-opportunity, transparent, value-based culture and an individual approach to each team member.
  • Competitive salary packages with performance-based annual reviews.
