Senior Software Security Delivery Lead – GCP & Open Source Expertise

Responsibilities

• Drive technical orchestration by aligning business strategies with robust architectural execution
• Champion DevSecOps practices by automating compliance, managing risks, and defining delivery standards
• Manage day-to-day operations, oversee sprint health, remove technical blockers, and promote high-quality feature delivery
• Provide hands-on support through code reviews, infrastructure-as-code debugging, and production-issue troubleshooting
• Advocate for open-source solutions and guide the selection and implementation of tools that replace proprietary platforms

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, with recent hands-on expertise in at least two of: Java, Python, Node.js, or Go
• Deep knowledge of Google Cloud infrastructure, including GKE, Cloud Run, Identity-Aware Proxy, and Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL
• Proven leadership managing cross-functional Frontend, Backend, and SRE teams using Agile methodologies
• Strong ability to identify architectural risks and dependencies and manage stakeholders
• Practical experience implementing security-first delivery, managing secrets, container security, and compliance-as-code
• Proficiency with DORA metrics to drive continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• FinTech or Security background, particularly in regulated environments focused on Security by Design
• Experience in cost management, including GCP spend and resource-allocation optimization
• Holistic approach to complex problem-solving
