As a Senior IT Delivery Lead, you will spearhead the delivery of complex Avaloq and Addepar platform projects, driving seamless integration, data flows, and reporting functionalities. Shape the future of wealth management and enhance operational excellence through technology leadership and strategic delivery.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple workstreams, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
• Drive detailed delivery planning, including work breakdown, estimation, milestone setting, and dependency mapping.
• Own delivery governance activities, including RAID management, reporting, and decision documentation.
• Oversee Avaloq (wealth/core banking platform) and/or Addepar (portfolio reporting) platform-specific changes, coordinating with internal SMEs and vendors.
• Drive platform integration readiness, including interface specifications, data reconciliation, and operational controls.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, ensuring engineering best practices, CI/CD discipline, and production readiness.
• Facilitate delivery ceremonies and technical reviews, managing dependencies and stakeholder engagement.
• Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies—unit, integration, regression, performance, and security.
• Lead cutover planning, execution, and hypercare, ensuring operational stability.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC standards, change management, and audit requirements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery and technical risks, tracking their resolution.

You're ideal for this role if you have

• 7+ years of experience as an end-to-end delivery or technical lead in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in modern delivery practices (SDLC, CI/CD, automated testing, release management).
• Proven success managing integration-heavy solutions (APIs, data pipelines, messaging).
• Hands-on experience with Avaloq and/or Addepar platforms, focusing on data flows and reporting.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder engagement, and dependency management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure within regulated financial services.

It is a strong plus if you have

• Knowledge of both Avaloq and Addepar integration points, especially data and reporting flows.
• Experience in private banking domain (portfolio, transactions, client reporting).
• Familiarity with production operations, observability tools, and incident management.
• Prior experience working with third-party vendors and distributed teams across multiple time zones.
