ServiceNow Architect/Technical PO (pharma; 100% remote)

About project

The team provides foundational enablers and technical capabilities across products to support strategic objectives.

In this role, you will provide subject matter expertise, act as a technical product advocate, and evaluate new ServiceNow platform features to produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations. As a Solution Architect and Technical Product Owner, you will participate in product roadmap planning and translate business needs into use cases and functional requirements for the technical team.

100% remote work.

Expectations

• Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow experience, including ServiceNow HRSD product experience
• Strong knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes
• Practical experience with agile methodologies and tools
• Advanced knowledge of building and maintaining secure platform integrations using APIs, web services, and modern integration frameworks
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow design, development, deployment, and administration
• Understanding of integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, web services, REST, LDAP, JDBC, and ODBC
