OT Security Controls Analyst

We are looking for an OT Security Controls Analyst to support the development, monitoring and continuous improvement of security controls across industrial and OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop security controls for OT environments in line with recognized security standards.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards showing OT security posture, control coverage and key risk indicators.
• Prepare security metrics and reports for technical teams, management and business stakeholders.
• Analyze OT security gaps and support the definition of improvement and remediation plans.
• Coordinate the implementation of agreed security improvements across industrial sites.
• Work closely with local teams to track progress, remove blockers and ensure consistent security practices.
• Support risk analysis and provide recommendations to improve the overall OT security posture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT/OT security, security governance or security project coordination.
• Proven experience in defining, tracking or reporting security controls and metrics.
• Good understanding of OT security, industrial environments and related risk management practices.
• Experience with Power BI, data extraction and security reporting.
• Knowledge of areas such as network security, remote access, Active Directory and endpoint security tools.
• Understanding of security frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, NIST OT guidance and ISA/IEC 62443.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, including technical and executive-level communication.
