Operational Technology Engineer

We are seeking an experienced OT Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize industrial automation solutions across a global manufacturing network.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of standardized PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions.
• Support MES integration and plant-level data frameworks.
• Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop preventive solutions.
• Drive standardization across Siemens, Rockwell, and Schneider Electric platforms.
• Improve system reliability through high-availability, backup, and disaster-recovery strategies.
• Identify automation opportunities that enhance performance, reduce costs, and support innovation initiatives such as predictive maintenance.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing OT environments.
• Exposure to cybersecurity in an OT automation environment.
• Familiarity with MES platforms and industrial historians.
• Hands-on expertise with PLC and SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking, cybersecurity, and disaster-recovery principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English language knowledge.
