Analyst Developer (MuleSoft)

Mid • Remote

Warsaw, MZ, Poland

We are currently looking for an Analyst Developer with strong MuleSoft expertise to join an international project within the insurance sector.

As an Analyst Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing high-quality integration solutions while ensuring performance, maintainability, and compliance with development standards. You will work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain MuleSoft integration solutions.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
  • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Perform integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and implement necessary improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, documentation, and development best practices.
  • Coordinate implementation activities with other technical teams and domains.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of integration architecture and canonical data models.

Must-have skills & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar Analyst Developer role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft, including MuleSoft development, Anypoint Studio, and integration analysis and/or solution architecture.
  • Experience preparing technical analyses and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies.
  • Experience with MUnit.
  • Experience integrating with Salesforce.
  • Good understanding of API-Led Connectivity.
  • Experience building event-driven architectures.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience designing and refining canonical data models.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Jira.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of Dutch or French.
