Senior AI Consultant (f/m/x)

Senior • Remote

Lublin, LU, Poland

Most organizations know AI matters but struggle to identify where it will create meaningful value. This role helps clients understand what AI initiatives are worth pursuing, what is not, and what will be required to succeed.

You will not write code day to day. You will lead discovery workshops, assess AI readiness, build business cases, and define roadmaps that connect AI capabilities with business outcomes. You will also help shape go-to-market strategy for AI initiatives, including how AI services are packaged, positioned, and brought to clients. The role requires enough technical depth for credible conversations with architects and engineers, as well as the business acumen to present confidently to CFOs and COOs.

Tasks

  • Run AI discovery and opportunity assessments with clients; identify where AI solves real problems versus where it is a solution looking for one.
  • Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to map processes, uncover pain points, and prioritize AI use cases by value and feasibility.
  • Build business cases for AI initiatives, including expected impact, cost estimates, risk analysis, and realistic timelines.
  • Define AI adoption roadmaps aligned with clients’ wider digital-transformation and business strategies.
  • Assess organizational and data readiness; clearly identify what must happen before an AI project can succeed.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy for AI, helping define service offerings, value propositions, and market positioning with sales and delivery leadership.
  • Write and present technical and strategic sections of proposals and RFP responses.
  • Stay current on AI capabilities and market trends, translating relevant developments into actionable client advice.
  • Work closely with AI Architects and Engineers to ensure proposed initiatives are technically sound and deliverable.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years in management consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, or technology advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, including what is possible, expensive, and risky.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, structure ambiguous problems, and deliver clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building business cases and scoping technology initiatives, including effort estimation and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to work at the intersection of business and technology and translate effectively between both.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documents, presentations, and proposals.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Fluent Polish.
  • Residence in Poland.

Nice-to-have requirements

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools or platforms, including prototype-level work.
  • Domain background in financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, or the public sector, including regulatory and operational knowledge.
  • Experience with go-to-market strategy, service design, or product marketing for technology services.
  • Experience with change management or organizational transformation programs.
  • Conceptual familiarity with cloud AI ecosystems such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
