Automation & AI Architect

Executive Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Automation & AI Architect to spearhead enterprise-wide digital transformation. In this strategic technical role, you will redefine operational efficiency by designing, orchestrating, and scaling intelligent automation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem and core enterprise platforms. You will bridge business needs and cutting-edge technology, connecting Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and ServiceNow with modern Generative AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity Discovery & Strategy: Analyze enterprise workflows to identify high-impact opportunities for process optimization, intelligent automation, and AI integration.
• End-to-End Architecture: Design scalable, secure integration frameworks and solution architectures across Microsoft environments and third-party enterprise platforms.
• Intelligent Workflow Engineering: Build robust, low-code and API-driven automation pipelines using Power Automate, custom connectors, and enterprise services.
• AI Transformation Leadership: Architect and champion adoption of Microsoft Copilot, custom AI Agents, and Generative AI tools to improve workforce productivity.
• Standards & Governance: Establish architectural blueprints, integration standards, and governance best practices for enterprise automation.
• Business-to-Tech Translation: Partner with business leaders and engineering teams to translate complex operational pain points into clear, executable technical roadmaps.

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• Microsoft Ecosystem Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 enterprise services.
• Enterprise Systems & Integrations: Experience designing integration points across Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365, and enterprise IT service platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Technical Architecture: Strong understanding of API design, including REST and SOAP, modern web services, workflow engines, and distributed system architectures.
• Next-Gen AI Implementation: Hands-on experience architecting or deploying Microsoft Copilot, autonomous AI agents, and intelligent document/process automation.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to influence C-suite executives and technical engineering leads.
