Your tasks

We are seeking an AI Developer who thrives at turning AI/ML concepts into production-ready solutions on Google Cloud Platform. You will work closely with data architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to design, build, and deploy intelligent applications that deliver measurable business value. A high level of English proficiency and strong communication skills are essential. Polish language skills are a plus.

Your responsibilities will include developing and deploying AI/ML models and generative AI solutions using GCP-native services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, Document AI, and Gemini API. You will build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion and feature engineering through model training, evaluation, and serving. Ensuring solutions meet production standards for scalability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices will be central to your role. Staying current with GCP AI innovations and emerging industry trends is key to continuously improving development practices.

Your profile

  • Proven experience as an AI/ML Developer building and deploying models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with hands-on expertise in Vertex AI and related GCP AI services.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX) and MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
  • C1-level English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • GCP Professional Certification.
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience writing production-grade code including REST APIs and microservices.

Nice to Have

  • More than one GCP Certification.
  • Experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
  • Architecture certifications in Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Run) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with data governance and responsible AI frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
