Gen AI Developer

Your Tasks

• Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art foundation models.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (Large Language Models) and other generative models for industry-specific applications.
• Implement GenAI-driven applications integrating NLP, image generation, and multimodal AI technologies.
• Work with cloud platforms and distributed computing tools to build scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-powered innovations.
• Participate in research and development initiatives to stay ahead in the evolving GenAI landscape.

Your Profile

• Passion for Generative AI and innovation, with hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in AI/ML, with expertise in LLMs, NLP, or computer vision models.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Knowledge of model fine-tuning, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), and prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps best practices.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, and English proficiency; German or Polish are a plus.
• Openness to working with international clients.
