Senior Python Developer - Freelance

Currently looking for a Senior Python Developer.

• Salary range: up to 150 PLN/h
• Contract: Freelance B2B
• Start date: ASAP
• Engagement: full-time, 3 months
• Location: Remote (based in PL only)
• Polish language is a must-have.

Description

The project involves building an AI agent for a system that processes images.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Commercial experience building AI agents in production, not just PoC/demo, with strong Python skills including async, typing, and tests
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Pydantic AI, or ability to build agentic loops without a framework
• Experience working with LLM SDKs including Anthropic and OpenAI
• Experience implementing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and/or clients
• Experience with vector databases including pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate, or Pinecone, and PostgreSQL, including hybrid search
• Polish language at C2 (native) level

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with TypeScript/Node for the application layer
• Familiarity with evaluation/tracing tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, Braintrust, or OpenTelemetry
• Infrastructure experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP, Bedrock, or Vertex
• Knowledge of the AI Act and GDPR for auditing agentic solutions
• English language at B2+/C1 level
