Project: Compensation & Benefits – SAP SuccessFactors

Our client is initiating a business-critical project to implement the Compensation & Benefits module in SAP SuccessFactors. The initiative is driven by the need to ensure compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive by June 2026.

Current challenges include the absence of adequate system support for compensation analysis, bonus management, salary reviews, and harmonized pay structures, resulting in significant manual effort and elevated compliance risk. This assignment is therefore both strategically important and time-sensitive.

Assignment Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of the initiative, covering the full SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module implementation, process harmonization, and a cross-country rollout.

Scope of Work

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Leading full project delivery across scope, cost, and timeline
• Establishing governance structures and reporting frameworks
• Managing stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and external suppliers
• Driving all implementation phases: prepare, design, build, test, and deploy
• Identifying and managing risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensuring successful business rollout and end-user adoption across functions and countries

Key Requirements

Experience

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in system implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors; Compensation module experience strongly preferred
• Background in HR transformation programs and multi-country rollouts
• Familiarity with and practical application of the PPS project model

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage senior leadership across functions
• Governance-driven delivery mindset with a structured approach to reporting and accountability
• Cross-functional leadership in complex, matrix organisations
