Description

We are seeking a Change Manager to support the implementation of the LMS Optimisation Project. This role involves developing communication materials to aid in the project rollout and ensuring efficient information distribution across various channels.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop a cascade pack for Product Board members to distribute to their workforce.
• Create a cascade pack for Steering Committee members for strategic distribution.
• Support ongoing updates on project progress through channels such as Viva Engage and SharePoint.
• Produce communications and training material for use during rollout.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in communications, marketing, and product launch.
• Ability to create promotional and informational content for distribution.
• Familiarity with O365 suite, including SharePoint and Viva Engage.
