Job Description

Join the Windows Platform Team. This is not a day-to-day IT support or traditional system administrator role; instead of manual administration or password resets, the focus is on building robust automation. You will develop tools that deploy and manage Windows and Active Directory at massive scale in mission-critical communication systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain software solutions for automated installation and configuration of Windows Server and Client operating systems.
• Design and implement automated solutions to manage complex Active Directory environments for critical communication networks.
• Write clean, scalable scripts that enable efficient, hands-off system management.
• Collaborate in an agile, global environment to make infrastructure deployment effortless, secure, and reliable.

Basic Requirements

• Administration, deployment, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows OS (Server and Client) and Active Directory in an enterprise environment.
• Understanding of programming and scripting concepts, including variables, control structures, loops, and error handling. Experience with these concepts in any language, such as Python, Bash, or C#, is accepted; PowerShell training is provided.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile processes. These are core to the workflow, and hands-on learning is available.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking and TLS/PKI concepts.
