Senior Backend Developer – Node.js & Go Expertise

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will work on a groundbreaking startup-style project that gathers and analyzes product telemetry across technology. Your work will influence how real-time application data is transformed into actionable customer insights, supporting a dynamic platform focused on digital excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance REST APIs supporting telemetry data collection and analysis.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and development best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement product telemetry requirements.
• Work with AI-related tooling, chatbots, and agentic approaches within the platform.
• Participate in long-term development with a team of 10, primarily based in Poland.
• Engage directly with clients and translate their needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure backend systems are scalable, reliable, and efficient.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and REST API development.
• Proven ability to build high-performance REST APIs.
• Good communication skills and readiness to interact directly with clients.
• Experience with AI integrations, chatbots, and agentic architectures.
• Communicative English proficiency.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union.

Preferred

• Experience with Go (Golang) is highly beneficial but not mandatory.
